At Diesel Training, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. We are committed to ensuring your training experience is supported by high-quality apparel that meets your performance standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided via email or the confirmation screen.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
